never busy , never clean , never has friendly staff , never has all facilities working at the same time . over priced as others have said, they would charge for breathing air in here if they could ,

Steam room filthy, no spa working, very rude queeny staff, charging for towels very quiet when i was in apart from a few old men who would not take no for an answer. ended up doing one of the staff as a last resort.

Me and my bf went there last week for the first time, fancied trying something new, were greated by very very friendly staff who had a laugh with us, found it very very clean, loved the steam room and sauna, jaccuzi was out of order but was getting fixed. internet access in the cafe very clean place, upstairs cubicles, some of the doors dont lock, but most of them did, overall a fantastic time, cant wait to go back again! great time for two 27 year olds.
