Friendly place.....but

Have visited here twice now first time was a friday eve and the place was fairly busy, mostly mature types but also a couple of 30 somethings. The staff couldnt b better but there is no getting awy from the size of the place... Its small. The layout is also a bit backward, you arrive at the window buzzed thru into a small lounge next to the lounge is the toilet areas and two showers, you need to ask for the showers to be switched on which is a bit daft and cant imagine why it hasnt been addressed. You then go thru a pink curtain into a hallway which is the start of the "sauna" area here is a sauna that would prob hold 4 laying down or 10 sitting very cosy this is also the end of the sauna facilities which i found a shame. Also the place is so small that all you can hear is chat and the telly and cackling in the front lounge which kindof spoils the horny quiet atmosphere i enjoy. Its clean and tidy, the rooms are lockable which is great but on my second visit on a weekday afternoon, the place was all but deserted. The locker room is located right through all the other areas so you have to run the checkout gauntlet when you arrive before youv even got your towel on. Entry price was astronomical for such a tiny place with limited facilities. Positives, parking right outside, smoking area, though its out front near a busy street and the hoardings which gave privacy had fallen down on my last visit, nice big towels, clean. Negatives - dated decor, no steam room, no jacuzzi, no glory holes, maze, sling room, showers not self service also not great for picking up in, opposite front door. Two visits are enough for me unless they upgrade the place.

Thought i'd try this place out and went along on a Thursday night which upon arrival was told was all 3 sexes. The place is big enough to be okay and small enough to be cute, the custom was variable and as it was a free for all to be expected. The sauna is fed from Hell, damn hot, the rooms are functional and clean, staff are very friendly and well generally okay place. Wasn't to interested in the dame fucking, not much guy action, but did get my dick sucked unexpectedly, which is always nice. Will try it when it's an ordinary night and let you all know

This is a brilliant wee sauna, very friendly nad helpful staff (jim is a dream). It's not great if you like cruising around but the room with the raised padded mattress in the middle is ideal for all sorts of fun and games. The times I was in were pretty quiet nad it would be good to see it very busy as I think that would make the play areas so much more effective. Al in all it's a top sauna with top (and hot lol) staff and I can't wait till my next visit.

been there, done that, nothing new

Okay the place is cosy and cute, they've used what they've got well to give plenty of space to play in. Crowd is okay, a few guys looked iffy, might have busted them in my old job, generally quite good, some old dudes but hey i ain't ageist. The gals on the Bi's night weren't top shelf honeys, they never are at these things, but hey it's all good fun. Missed out on some hot guy action going on but took my shot with one of the gals, had fun, didn't mind the spectators, watched some more and went home happy. Will give it another go when it's guys only.

a little tired

Saw some listings for this place and thought i'd give it a try with it being "new". Went early just after opening time. Guy at the door friendly and relaxed, but the place looks like its been opened on a budget. So its small, two small sitting roomsrooms with sauna and four private rooms off these. it all looked clean, but it just looked tired, old carpets, old seats, old lockers in a small room. Now I'm probably the sort of guy that annoys the f**k out of a lot of poeple by wandering aimlessly around and around a suana, but i like some room, and thats what really put me off the place and drove me round to the pipeworks 1/2 an hour later. If you like it small and intimate then give it a try. I wish them well with their new business, but it snot for me.
